Ms Sindisiwe Sanewe – Organisational Development and human capital Specialist

Sindisiwe is a well informed and qualified Organisational Development specialist. She has had the privilege of being exposed to international methodologies and operations of Public Administration and Management in Poland and Germany (University of Copenhagen) under the close leadership of Stellenbosch University during her postgraduate years, where she achieved academic excellence.

Sindisiwe has been operating in the OD space since 1998. She has 18 years of experience in Organisational Development, Human Capital, Career development and the training space. She has been a Director in the Government Sector and Senior Specialist in State-Owned Entities. She has exposure and understanding of both Government Agencies (SOC) and the Private Sector on their operational requirements holding the positions of Director and Senior Specialist.

Sindi is passionate about organisational behavioural issues, such as leadership, corporate values and culture, and people management practices. She is an excellent consultant and facilitator, able to engage effectively at all levels in an organisation. Currently, lecturing with MANCOSA on a part-time basis. Sindi’s personal attributes include attention to detail, critical and analytical thinking and working with diverse groups of people.

Sindi has a heart for community development and has been involved in various projects in her spare time i.e. community feeding schemes(Wierda Park Centurion).
